RnD Fabrication 2nd Generation Firebird and 1970-1972 Cutlass Radiators (standard and LS Swap Versions)!

We are almost done with our prototyping for the 2nd Gen Firebird and 70-72 Cutlass Crossflow Radiators! These will be available for standard motors, and also for LS Swaps! Several are currently slated for SEMA show cars and will also be installed in a few cars that are running the Optima Challenge for Autocross racing. Keep checking back for more updates!

RnD Fabrication 1962-1967 Nova LS Swap Radiators!

RnD Fabrication Nova LS Swap Aluminum Crossflow Radiator

We have completed our Nova LS Swap Radiators for the 1962-1967 Models! These are a bolt in radiator with no cutting or fabrication required, and are built specifically for LS Swaps. They feature both inlet and outlet on the passenger side, include a steam port connection, and can be built with or without a transmission cooler! Click HERE for more information.

RnD Fabrication Sponsors Peach State Musclecar Challenge 2011

This event is a 3-day, annual gathering of some of the most wicked and well-known musclecars in the US. Pro-Touring customs come from all over the country for this multi-faceted event with cruises, road trips and Autocrossing events. We are proud to help support events like this where average Joe's can mingle with some of the top builders in the country, and pit their home-built cars against those built in the magazines! If you happen to be anywhere around Georgia on August 5, 6 or 7, you NEED to come check out PSMC! We have had a very busy couple of months, and hadn't listed any updates in a while. So, here is what we've been up to:

RnD Fabrication Prototyping New Scout II Super-Size Radiator, Part II

We are almost complete with our Taller Scout II Radiator. We made the prototype and did an initial test fitting, and found that we had more room available with a few small changes. Our tallest cores just came in, and we're now working on the final version which we hope to have ready to test fit sometime next week. Check back for updates!

RnD Fabrication Prototyping Chevrolet C10 Radiators for the 1973-1987 Models (up to 1991 on RV trucks)!

RnD Fabrication is in the process of prototyping new Crossflow Radiators for the 1973 to 1987 (up to 1991 on R/V trucks) Chevrolet and GMC C10 trucks, including the Silverado and Suburban! We hope to have the first demo units installed in the next month or two, along with pictures. These will also be available for LS swaps! Keep checking back for more updates!

RnD Fabrication Prototyping New Scout II Super-Size Radiator

RnD Fabrication is now developing a super-size version of our Scout II Crossflow Radiators for heavy-duty applications. We will have these available sometime next month after we finish test-fitting. These radiators will also offer larger electric fans for improved cooling.

RnD Fabrication Featured in Bronco Driver Magazine!

RnD Fabrication is featured in the upcoming issue of Bronco Driver Magazine. They ran a small feature covering our Full Size Bronco Radiator (1978-1979). We hope to start working on an early Bronco Radiator after the new year.

RnD Fabrication Test-Fits Prototype Chevrolet Inline-6 Valve Cover and Side Plate!

Earlier today, we test-fit our almost-finished Valve Cover and Custom Side Plate for the Chevrolet Inline-6 engines! These will fit a variety of straight six motors, including the incredibly popular 235 cubic inch motors. We should have these available for sale within the next 2 weeks!

RnD Fabrication begins prototyping Early Ford Bronco Radiators!

RnD Fabrication is currently starting our prototyping process for our next line of radiators serving the Early Bronco's. These will be a bolt-in unit and will cool stock to built motors. Check back for updates!

RnD Fabrication finishes 1967-1979 full-size Ford Truck Radiators!

RnD Fabrication is pleased to announce our line of full-size Ford Aluminum Down-flow Radiators for the 1973-1979 pickup trucks! We have test-fit this radiator in the 67-72 F100's as well as the 73-79 F100's and F150's. We have compared them to the full-size Bronco's and they appear to match as well (we have one more test-fit on a Bronco before we give the green light). We should have these ready and available on the website shortly.

RnD Fabrication begins prototyping the Chevrolet 235 CID Valve Covers and Side Plates!

RnD Fabrication is currently prototyping an Aluminum Fabricated Valve Cover and Side Plate for all you 235 cid owners out there! These will be a bolt-on swap, and will give you an engine dress-up option you've never had before! These should also clear upgraded valve-train. Check back soon for updates!

RnD Fabrication introduces larger core for Scout 800 Radiators!

RnD Fabrication is proud to now offer the Scout 800 Radiator with a larger Core! We have just incorporated a larger core for our Scout 800 series of radiators. We are going to test fit these in a customer's vehicle shortly and report back. This should help cool even the larger motors in the 800's.

RnD Fabrication is finished prototyping for the 1964 GTO Crossflow and Downflow Radiators!

RnD Fabrication is finished prototyping our 1964 GTO Crossflow Radiator! These have been test fit and are ready to go! We are offering two styles, one is a down flow and the other is a Crossflow. The Crossflow has a smaller size and works great for stock or slightly built applications. The Downflow is considerably larger and will cool the biggest of motors! Both of these radiators will fit in your stock compartment, but the Crossflow style will require you to fabricate an upper and lower mount. We will add these to the website shortly.

RnD Fabrication is almost done prototyping our 1964 GTO Crossflow Radiator!

RnD has been working over the last few weeks on a prototype radiator for the early GTO's and other A-Body cars. We are putting the finishing touches on it now, and should have it sent out to our test-fitter hopefully early next week. Once we receive feedback, we're going to work quickly to get this radiator into the production phase!

RnD Fabrication Attends T&T Customs Open House and Georgia Street Rod Association Meeting!

RnD was invited to set up a display at the T&T Customs Open House this past August. This event was also paired with the Georgia Street Rod Associations Meeting. The day was spent talking with quite a few hot rod and muscle car enthusiasts, and showcasing our products. We had the opportunity to meet some great folks, and we have some great products and ideas we'll be working on over the coming months!

RnD Fabrication Finishes Prototyping our early Nova 6-cylinder Radiator!

Our 6-cylinder Radiator for the early Nova's is complete, and we will put these into production shortly. We are still modifying our V8 version, and hope to have those ready in another couple of weeks.

RnD Fabrication Partners Up With T&T Customs in Georgia, Winner Of The 2010 Riddler Award!

RnD Fabrication just partnered with T&T Customs in Georgia to build a radiator for one of their 1950 Mercury project cars. We will be adding this to our ever-expanding list of products available for purchase. We hope to have the prototype knocked out shortly, and have the finished product available sometime around mid-August.

RnD Fabrication Partners Up With Church Boys Racing!

RnD Fabrication entered this partnership to develop our Custom Radiators for the 1962-1967 Nova. We just finished our first prototype for the 6-cylinder cars, and are wrapping up the V8 versions (including for big-power motor swaps). We hope to have these radiators ready in the next month or so for sale.

Our prototype Crossflow Radiator for the 1965-1971 International Harvester Scout 800 and 800a is completed and ready for test-fitting. We hope to have this installed in the next week or so with updated pictures.

RnD Fabrication is on TV! We just partnered up with Stacey David of Gearz TV to build a custom radiator for his 1969 International Loadstar Cab-Over Hot Rod project he's building on the show! We are honored to be able to work with a builder of this caliber, and look forward to seeing the finished truck at events!
