Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, and we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express through Paypal. Payments can be made directly to firstname.lastname@example.org through Paypal. Checks and Money Orders are also accepted (product will not ship until payment clears; contact us for payment address). Note: 8% Sales Tax required for purchases in Georgia.
SHIPPING: Prices listed on website DO NOT include shipping. Please contact us for a shipping quote. All products are shipped via UPS, with Ground being standard. If you require faster shipping, please contact us to discuss shipping options. We are not able to send products to PO Boxes or APO / FPO address. Tracking Numbers will be provided when the product ships. All products are shipped M-F, and prices quoted are to the lower-48 states. If located outside of the lower-48, please contact us for a shipping quote. Products that arrive with a damaged box MUST be filed as damaged-in transit with the carrier being notified immediately. Warranties will not cover products that were damaged during shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We will gladly ship our products overseas. Please contact us for International Shipping fees via UPS Worldwide Expedited or Fedex Global. Note that all duties / import fees, destination taxes and related fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and are not a part of our shipping fees. Please refer to the Custom's Office in your country for approximate costs prior to purchase. Items shipped overseas will be documented with the accurate sold price, and are not marked as gifts / samples / birthday, nor will the products be listed below actual value. We comply with USA & International laws when shipping our products.
PRODUCT INSPECTION: Please inspect your product as soon as it arrives. If there are any signs of damage to the box or the product, you MUST notify us AND the shipping carrier immediately in order to begin a claim. You have 10 days to report any damage, and if the box is damaged, you must retain the box and all packing materials until the claims process is complete. If you do not inspect the package and notify us within 10 days of receiving product, we will not be able to assist you or accept any claim or warranty request.
GENERAL RETURNS: All returns require a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number. All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee within 20 days, and 40% restocking fee within 30 days. Items older than 30 days are not returnable. Any product that is built to customer specifications is non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways (we do not refund shipping costs). Contact us immediately if you find a defect, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, if the item is in new condition / not installed, we will issue the credit in the same method used for initial payment. Installed products are not able to be returned (no exceptions).
WARRANTY: All of our products come with a warranty from manufacturer's defects for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. In order to process a warranty claim, buyer must contact us within the warranty period and obtain a WCN (Warranty Claim Number). Buyer shall be responsible for return shipping. If damage is due to a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced (at seller's discretion) and we will return the product to you. If damage is not a manufacturer defect, buyer may elect to have the unit repaired at their expense, and will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
